How do I switch my Cliq account?
You can switch the type of Cliq account from retail to wholesale and vice versa. Please contact Cliq support at 876-877-5451 for assistance.
GET THE CLIQ APP
The Cliq App is for installation on your LIME or DIGICEL Android smart phone.
BEFORE you download and install, go to the security settings in your phone:
1. Check the box that says 'Allow installation of applications from both trusted and unknown sources'
2. Uncheck the box that says Block or warn before installing apps that may cause harm.
AFTER download and installation, return your security settings to normal.
Username is your Cliq account number.
Password is the same one used when you log into the Cliq website.

HOW TO USE THE CLIQ APP TO SELL CREDIT:
CLICK ON THE ICON TO OPEN THE APP AND LOGIN WITH YOUR CLIQ ACCOUNT NUMBER AND THE PASSWORD YOU CREATED TO LOG INTO THE CLIQ WEBSITE.
CLICK ON 'Topup' and put in the AMOUNT OF CREDIT (NOT the cost of the credit).
PUT IN THE PERSON'S PHONE NUMBER AND YOUR PIN NUMBER THEN PRESS 'Topup'

Your customers look to you as a source of information. Listen to your customers and try to help them solve their problems. If possible, give them a little gift or ‘brawta’ and thank them for doing business with you.

HOW TO BUILD A TEAM – NETWORKING
Networking
means referring other people to become an active team member. By networking and conducting sales, you can earn extra bonuses and commissions. Even if you are not yet active, you can still earn from your team.
To sponsor a Cliq team member, simply ask persons to use your phone number connected to your Cliq account and your last name as the referrer. OR you can take their information and get them signed up.
