COOLBIZ PHONE CREDIT CODES & INSTRUCTIONS
The easiest way to start selling credit is via text messages. With Coolbiz you are able to send free text messages with your Lime OR Digicel phones and sell credit from both networks. COOLBIZ, therefore, uses TWO gateways:
If you are selling from a Lime phone: your LIME GATEWAY # is 125
If you are selling from a Digicel phone: your DIGICEL GATEWAY # is 8764442491
How To Sell Lime Direct Top-up Credit
This command is for selling Lime direct top-up credit.
To send credits to a Lime number you must add ‘L” for Lime network at the end of the code.
To sell 100 credits to a customer with a Lime number:
CREATE A NEW TEXT MESSAGE AND TYPE:

How To Sell Digicel Direct Top-up Credit
This command is for selling Digicel direct top-up credit.
To send credits to a Digicel number, you must add ‘D” for Digicel network at the end of the code.
To sell 100 credits to a customer with a Digicel number:

To sell credit using your Coolbiz virtual SMS phone will require internet access.
LOG INTO YOUR COOLBIZ WEB ACCOUNT.
CLICK ON “ONLINE SMS PHONE”
TYPE IN YOUR COMMAND AND HIT SEND
Response From Coolbiz Virtual SMS Phone
This is an example of a reply you would receive from Coolbiz on your online phone. Note the receipt number and the balance of money in your phone account.
Codes For Selling Coolbiz Vouchers Only
Coolbiz Prepaid vouchers are available for some networks. Here are the Coolbiz vouchers you can sell:

We sell digital vouchers using the purchase command. Here is a command for a distributor account:

Note that codes for distributors are different from those of retailers. Retailers MUST add 'r' to their codes.
