(There should be no extra spaces in this text message)

BILL PAYMENT VIA THE COMPUTER


Log into your account and hover over ‘Tools’ and click ‘Bill Payment’.


Choose the type of bill, put in the account number, your pin#, the amount that is being paid and the customer’s phone number (this is so that the customer can receive an electronic receipt on their phone). 


Click ‘Process’



BILL PAYMENT VIA THE PHONE


Create a new text message and type:


Pay(space)pin#(space)billtype(space)billaccount#(space)amount(space)customer’s# Note that the customer’s number ensures a digital receipt is sent to that number.

HOW TO TOP UP OVERSEAS MINUTES - DIGICEL



These plans last for 30 days. If the minutes are finished before the time is up then the person has to add more credit to their existing plan.


First you sell the person the credit - sell 1000 credits for 660 minutes plan OR sell 1250 credits for 830 minutes plan.  (Remember that you cannot sell 1250 credits all at once. You must first sell 1000 then another 250, etc.)


ACTIVATING A NEW PLAN


Here are the commands to activate a new Digicel plan for 660 minutes.  You are going to use the person's phone to punch in (do not text message) just punch in as follows:


*134#    press send   (wait for a response)


*134*1000#    press send  (wait for a response)


*134*1#      press send


ADDING ADDITIONAL CREDIT


Here are the commands to add more credit to an existing Digicel plan for 660 minutes.  First sell the person the credits then use their phone to punch in this command:


*134*5*1000#    press send


Here is the command to check the balance of overseas minutes:


Use the person's phone and punch in as follows:


*130*7#     press send
